GOOD PEOPLE!

Chocolate Curl Confessions was a thought that embraced characteristics I identified with personally and culturally. I believe that expressing who you are no matter how little or major is a huge key in loving the skin you're in.

I encourage you to live on purpose! No matter your circumstance or current situation, we can always give God His glory. My eyes have filled enough seas to conquer the thirst of many but I'd be nowhere with out prayer and my relationship with Him. I'll be the first to tell you growing up was never a goal I sought to attain but now that I'm here, I must face my destiny.

Our journey's we set out travel are never how we plan them. There is always going to be that one thing we thought we were strong enough to handle that God proves his power with. IT'S OKAY! Whether it be depression, self-esteem, fear, or loneliness, God will never leave you.

I hope that you can find some comfort, strength, or even a curl in your lips by visiting. This is for you! This space is for black women to be able to find courage in their steps that God has already ordered. I pray you are encouraged to face tomorrow though it may never show its face. I hope you seek positive vibes today because there are always brand-new mercies that follow.
